1. Shipping Coverage

  • We currently ship to all Emirates within the United Arab Emirates.

  • International shipping is not available unless explicitly stated.


2. Order Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

  • You will receive an order confirmation once your order is successfully placed.


3. Delivery Time

Estimated delivery times within the UAE:

  • Major cities: 1–3 business days

  • Remote areas: 2–5 business days

Delivery times may vary due to courier delays, weather conditions, or public holidays.


4. Shipping Fees

  • Shipping fees (if applicable) are calculated and displayed at checkout.

  • Any promotional free-shipping offers will be clearly mentioned on the website.

  • Swiss Tactical reserves the right to modify shipping fees at any time.

6. Delivery Attempts

7. Damaged, Missing, or Incorrect Items

If you receive:

  • A damaged item

  • An incorrect product

  • A missing item

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and order details. We will investigate and resolve the issue promptly.


8. Delayed or Lost Shipments

  • If your shipment is delayed beyond the estimated delivery time, please contact our support team.

  • In rare cases of lost shipments, we will offer a replacement or refund in accordance with our Buyer Protection Policy.


9. Refused or Returned Shipments

  • If an order is refused upon delivery or returned due to incorrect address details, return shipping fees may be deducted from any refund.
